Building Services Operation and Maintenance (Hard):

  • Operate buildings to maximize the space and economic life of building structures and systems.

  • Plan and implement preventive and reactive maintenance programmes for all building systems and structures (Electro-Mechanical, Plumbing, Civil, Security, Safety etc).

  • Plan and implement preventive and reactive maintenance programmes for all other assets as required.

  • Routine management of Grounds and Exteriors (Landscape, pavements and driveway maintenance)

Ground Maintenance and service

  • Maintenance of plants and irrigation services

  • Parking lot maintenance

  • Maintenance driveways and curbs

  • Swimming pool maintenance

Business Administration

  • Receive, prioritize, arrange and track work orders from start to completion.

  • Receive and handle tenants complaints

  • Provide tenants satisfaction as regards to the lease requirements

  • Maintain a full inventory of furniture, fixture, and equipment to include labeling and coding and all technical specifications of each item.

  • Prepare financial statements, accounts receivable/payable, issue and receive checks

  • Prepare invoices and all other administrative tasks about the property.

Soft Service

  • Plan and implement all building soft services such as:

  • General cleaning services

  • Waste management and garbage collection

  • Pest control services

  • Signage

  • Logistics etc.

Security Services : 24- Hour security covers implementing the following procedures;

  • Receive, register and direct visitors to the property.

  • Patrolling the premises of the property

  • Monitor Property on the CCTVs if any

  • Escalate any unusual observation to Supervisor

  • Investigate complaints.

  • Logging incident report to register.

  • Participate during evacuation procedures.

  • Negotiate contract service agreements

  • Track and evaluate performance of contractors

  • Source suppliers and implement purchase orders, obtaining best prices and payment for our client.

  • Plan and supervise renovation and restoration of all categories of improvement projects for clients.



We carry out some brokerage services in all our client/management properties. We equally engage the services of our brokerage division and other brokerage firm where necessary in further carrying out these services for easiest and fastest coverage. 




In our management, the ultimate goal of marketing is to increase brand awareness and ensure company’s profitability. Leasing/letting, or sales of acquired properties use the following marketing strategies in order to help promote sales and reduce void or low turnover to our client investment through advertisement on the various local, regional and international dailies, website, bill boards, flyers and direct reach out to some of our existing client base etc.
